Returns and refunds
At Baby Bubee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you need to return a product, we offer a simple and transparent process:
The deadline to request returns is 30 days after receiving the order.
We only accept returns on products in their original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
Intimate-use products (such as bottles, pacifiers, or already opened feeding utensils) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 business days of receiving and analyzing the product at our distribution center.
